Joie Pirkey
Joie Pirkey, founder of Shouts of Joy Ministries, has degrees in pastoral studies and behavioral science from North Central University and has been in ministry for more than 20 years. She has a powerful testimony of a personal, miraculous healing and an encounter with the Holy Spirit that changed the course of her life. Joie began Shouts of Joy Ministries in 2006 and in that same year began Hope for Rwanda, a ministry to the genocide orphans in Rwanda Africa. Through Shouts of Joy she has begun a 24/7 House of Prayer, a quickly expanding prayer ministry called The One.

Her husband Douglas has joined Shouts of Joy this past year and is an evangelist both here in the States and in Africa as well. She, with her husband and three children, lives in Little Chute, Wisconsin.
