Colleen Wheeler was radically saved in 1994 in one of the darkest
places of Cape Cod Ma, after having an open eye vision of a cross
overlaying the moon. Immediately, the Lord transported her to NYC, 45
minutes away from where she was born and raised. She sought the gifts
of the Holy Spirit and was led to a Long Island church where there was
an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. It was not long before the Lord
called her into the ministry as His evangelist. After eight months of
on site prayer in Flushing Meadow Park, the Lord spoke to Colleen very
clearly, "Go, the harvest is ripe" she obeyed and literally hundreds
of people prayed to receive Jesus. Lord of the Harvest Ministries was
birthed, which, Colleen is the founder and President.
Colleen desires to see the church reach its outreach and discipleship
potential, at times spending months and sometimes up to a year
accomplishing this task. She works with large, small and new church
plants, training pastors and raising up leaders, releasing them to
oversee various evangelistic, discipleship and follow up ministries.
Breaking new ground wherever the Lord sends her, gaining favor with
town authorities; doors burst open to minister the gospel, creatively
as the Lord leads her.
Colleen also functions as an itinerant minister She preaches, teaches
and conducts evangelistic services, and trail blazes street, park and
church outreaches. She colabors with pastors, leaders, and ministries
to accomplish the prophetic vision the Lord gives her. She trains
multi-cultural, multiracial churches of various denominations from all
over the US and leads them into the harvest field: door-to-door
evangelism, street tract attacks, flea markets, restaurants, parks,
the projects, subway stations, feeding the hungry and giving away free
clothes. Also, pitches a tent anywhere she can, in front of a church,
in the middle of town, or parks; a tent was set up in Union Square
Park in NYC during 9/11, Boardwalk in Coney Island on Memorial Day,
and various parks to reach the masses.
Colleen also has a heart to reach the nations. She evangelized in
Spain to North African Muslims connecting those who received Christ to
churches. Campus Crusade for Christ flew her to their Orlando
Headquarters and trained her to train Pastors and leaders for
short-term missions. Currently she is forming relationships with a
Bishop in Kenya and Pastors in Philippines for future crusades.
She graduated from Bethel Bible Institute in NY with a Bachelors
Degree in Biblical Studies where she also taught Life Experience
Evangelistic Courses and took her students to the streets for their
final exams. She received a certificate from Billy Graham's School
of Evangelism, graduated from Frances Frangipane's "In Christ Image"
school, and is an affiliate with his "Advancing Church Ministries."
She is affiliate and speaker representative with "The Pocket Testament
League," incorporating their free gospels into her trainings. She
is also, affiliated with ARC an "Apostolic Resource Center" with
Dr. Brian Simmons and continues her Masters in Biblical Studies
at "Wagner Leadership Institute" in CT. Lord of the Harvest Ministries
has a board of advisers and is a 501-c-3 organization. Her primary
covering is Pastor Brian and Candice Simmons from Gateway Christian
Fellowship, CT.

Gary Fishman, after 6 years of pastoral ministry has branched out

Steve Kelly is serving as the executive director for the Apostolic
Resource Center (ARC) and spiritual growth pastor for Gateway Christian
Fellowship. Prior to this role, Steve spent 13 years involved in
church planting and power evangelism on the streets of NYC. Jincy
was born in India and worked among the street kids and prostitutes
until marrying Steve and moving to the states. Our passion is to
equip the Bride to become radical warriors who take the love and
power of God to the lost, the poor and the broken. (Luke 4). We
long to see every believer moving in the intimacy and power of God
reaching the lost, making disciples. As the body is empowered, the
Northeast will be set ablaze with the Kingdom of God.

William P. (Bill) Nugent was ordained a minister of the
Gospel by Harvest Time Assemblies in 1990 and is currently
the Director of a teaching ministry called Overcomer Ministries.
He has been walking with the Lord for over 30 years, and
came to know Him as Savior at the age of 20. He has served
as deacon, elder, and co-pastor in churches in both Florida
and New York.
Bill is a published author, an ordained minister, and a
teacher of the Gospel. Bill is the author of three books:
“The Cross, Self-Denial, & the Manifestation of
the Sons of God,” “Messianic Jews and the Law
of Moses,” and “Lawful or Legalistic: How New
Testament Believers Must Understand Old Testament Laws (his
books are available on his website; www.www.gracelawandsonship.com).
He is also author of numerous articles on prayer and the
Christian walk. Titles include "The Greatest Evil on
Earth", "Spiritual Exercise of Authority",
"The Will of God: Contrast Between the Gospels and
the Epistles" and several others published by Harvest
Time Tabernacle's newsletter for national and international
distribution. In 2001 he began a major ministry thrust over
the internet through a series of Christian apologetics articles
called “Defending the Faith” countering evolution,
UFOs, cults, worldly philosophies and many other issues.
In connection with this he developed an internet based evangelism
program to enable Christians to reach their relatives and
friends with the Gospel. He later began participating in
email group debates. Bill regards the internet as an extraordinarily
effective tool for reaching the ends of the earth with the
Gospel. He currently offers teaching seminars on internet
evangelism.

Called as a missionary from Tennessee to New York City as a teenager,
Charles has spent most of his adult life in the trenches of the
Big Apple, evangelizing, planting churches, and pastoring. He served
at Times Square Church as the pastor of prayer, where he trained
and raised up prayer teams and also met and married his wife, Lynn.
Charles has planted churches in the South Bronx, Arizona, Astoria,
and in lower Manhattan, and is a pastor with an apostolic burden.
He taught and directed the Pastoral Care Department at the The Fire
School of Ministry, NY, worked for the Billy Graham NYC Crusade,
and is now planting The Oasis Christian Center in Queens as a member
of the ARC Ministry Network. His heart's cry is to see this region
ablaze with the fires of revival, and to see God's people become
a holy, prayer-filled, society-changing community.

Sal & Yeseny’s lives demonstrate the testimony of Jesus.
Having come to know the Lord as teenagers, both Sal and Yeseny spent
years of running from what they knew to be their callings, until
God apprehended them. Sal and Yeseny both had separate supernatural
encounters with the Lord and immediately responded to HIM. Both
Sal and Yeseny are sensitive to the Spirit of Prophecy and actively
tune in to hear what God desires to say to His people.
Sal has the ability to hear and release the heart of the Father
through prophetic sounds of heaven. Through this he has touched
people's lives and filled people with the Spirit. His greatest desire
is to train and impart a spirit of excellence and integrity unto
others through worship. Sal is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ
first, family man second, and worship leader/music writer third.
Yeseny has a heart to see people delivered from fears and obstacles
in their lives so that they can see their destinies fulfilled. Yeseny
is gifted in discerning of spirits and Spirit of Healing to deal
with rooted issues, bring breakthroughs, and ignite dormant giftings.
Yeseny spent 10 years in the field of education as a Special Educator
and is currently the School Director of The Sanctuary Fellowship
High School Academy. She has taken her experiences in the workplace
and applied it also to administrating our church.
They have two wonderful young children Joseph & Jonathan.
Together they serve as members of the Core leadership team of The
Sanctuary Fellowship in the Bronx, NY. Both are members of the Apostolic
Resource Center (ARC) of Gateway Christian Fellowship, a network
of loving and serving ministries committed to seeing revival birthed
and sustained in New England and the nations. |

James has been in ministry for 36 years. He is married to a wonderful Spirit filled woman, Roseanne, and has four children and twelve grand-children. They have been married for 41 years and reside in Cicero, NY, just north of Syracuse. Together Jim and Roseanne minister all over the Northeast Region of the United States: bringing the Gospel; encouraging the body of Christ with testimony and prophetic words; equipping the saints for the work of the ministry; bringing “present truth” revelation about the emerging apostolic and prophetic/five-fold ministry church government (John 20:19-22, Acts 3:19-21, Ephesians 2:19-22, 4:11-13 - NKJV).
During Jim's 36 years in ministry he was employed full-time as a heavy equipment operator for the Town of Cicero "Highway" Department, performing yearly highway road maintenance. As of June 30, 2001 he retired to fulfill his lifetime dream of continuing in full-time Christian ministry.
Jim was the chapter vice president (1973-1982) and president (1982-1998) of the Syracuse, NY Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International (FGBMFI). In this role, he directed all chapter events and provided spiritual direction for the local members. Under Jim’s leadership the Syracuse chapter became a pioneer and encouragement to others as it moved into the new release of the Holy Spirit in 1994. Regional conferences and monthly meetings were convened to release the impartation of the Holy Spirit, preach the gospel, and encourage all believers. Jim transitioned with FGBMFI into the Business Men's Fellowship USA for a brief period before being called out by the Lord to begin a new apostolic work. Syracuse Airport Christian Fellowship/Ministries (SACFM) was founded July 29, 1997 out of a home group fellowship during a time of intercession. Four years later on July 29, 2001 he planted an apostolic governed church which functions in the five-fold ministry. The church plant is now involved in restoring awareness of the Jewish roots of the body of Christ to the church through monthly teachings. Worship and intercession is a focus of the local church expression through a monthly "Watch of the Lord" and their desire is to restore the "Tabernacle of David" 24/7/365 in their city/region.
SACFMI convenes two Northeast Regional Apostolic and Prophetic Equipping conferences yearly, coinciding with the spring and fall biblical feasts. In addition, monthly meetings are held with the purpose of gathering for unity and training the Saints for the work of the ministry. The goal is to open these regional meetings to all worship leaders and to those who desire fellowship and unity in the body of Christ, the city of Syracuse, and the Northeast region.
In May-June of 2001 Jim led a team of people to General Santos City, Mindanao Island, Philippines. They ministered powerfully to a conference of pastors and leaders. As a result there is now a SACFM regional pastors and leaders network in that area.
Jim is the Apostolic Team Leader of the emerging “CNY Regional Apostolic and Prophetic Network” of leaders for the CNY region. |
