is time for the church of the northeast to arise with grace from
God to plant new congregations, disciple the nations, and release
the awakening God has destined for our land. The Apostolic movement
of the last days has begun. A new sound is heard of the "dry
bones" of our ministries coming together with the breath of
life to move out as an army of awakening. We believe that ARC will
be one of many voices heard from the northeast region of America
and the Maritimes of Canada speaking forth with power and light
